30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every ConeBarn order to arrive usable and as described. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and choose a refund or a replacement shipment.

Quality Guarantee

If more than 5 cones out of every 100 are defective, we will replace the affected pack at no cost. Please include your order number and, when possible, clear photos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We will review the order and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns

You do not need to mail the product back unless our support team specifically asks you to do so. Please do not send products to an address without first contacting us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund after Shopify confirms it.
