You're a new brand — how do I know you're legit?
Fair question. We're a small direct seller, not a long-established marketplace brand. Here's what we can show you instead of relying on empty promises:
- A real burn test: the paper burns cleanly, without a chemical smell, and the tip keeps its shape
- Natural unbleached paper, with no whitening agents or chlorine
- Spiral-rolled cones that keep their shape without excess glue
- A 30-day guarantee: if the paper tears, burns incorrectly, or the quantity is wrong, we will make it right
- Reviews from customers who received a sample are clearly identified as such
Ordering & Packs
Start with a 60–120 count pack if you want to try the product with a smaller first order. Choose 200 count once you know the paper suits you — it offers the best price per cone.
Usually, yes. A 200-count pack costs less per cone and means fewer repeat orders. Smaller packs are a practical choice if you want to try the product first.
When a subscription option is shown on the product page, you can choose it for recurring deliveries and a discounted price. You can manage or cancel the subscription from your account.
Size & Format
108mm is a large king-size cone. The 54mm CHICONE is a shorter, more compact format with the same rolling quality. Choose according to the finished size you prefer.
No. They are empty pre-rolled cones that you fill yourself. No tobacco, herbs, or other filling is included.
Shipping & Guarantees

If the paper tears while filling, has an unusual chemical smell when burning, the tip does not hold, or the quantity is incorrect, contact us within 30 days so we can review a replacement or refund.
